localnote is public. notes on disk, in plain text, that sync when there is a network and do not care when there is not. currently more honest about conflicts than it is good at resolving them.
live cursors are done. share links next, and they are blocked on copy rather than code, which is a nice change.
pulse is live. one page that tells you whether the thing is up, and if it is not, what broke and when. no wall of graphs.
