The project page of Diktuoklė — free, open-source offline dictation for Windows: hold Right Ctrl, speak, release — the text appears wherever your cursor is. Lithuanian through Paprika by Kristijonas Jakubsonas (run as a CTranslate2 conversion), Russian and English through Whisper. Audio never leaves your computer.
