Resume Screener AI | Full Stack Platform

A production-grade Resume Screening & Batch Ranking platform. It uses AI to parse resumes, perform semantic matching against job descriptions, and detect bias.

Setup Instructions

1. Backend Setup

# Clone the repository
git clone <repository-url>
cd Mini_Project

# Create and activate virtual environment
python -m venv venv
source venv/Scripts/activate  # On Windows Git Bash
# OR: .\venv\Scripts\activate # On Windows CMD/Powershell

# Install dependencies
pip install -e ".[dev]"

# Configure environment variables
cp .env.example .env
# Edit .env and add your GEMINI_API_KEY from Google AI Studio

# Start the server
uvicorn src.main:app --host 127.0.0.1 --port 8000 --reload

2. Frontend Setup

Open a new terminal window:

cd frontend-next

# Install dependencies
npm install

# Start the development server
npm run dev

3. Usage

API Endpoints
