Bayesian Evidence Synthesis API

Live Space License: AGPL-3.0

A web API for Bayesian evidence synthesis and Meta-Analytic Predictive (MAP) prior generation.

This service provides automated report generation based on Bayesian meta-analysis workflows commonly used in clinical development and historical borrowing applications.

Overview

The API is powered by:

BayesianEvidenceSynthesis.jl

https://github.com/martingramage/BayesianEvidenceSynthesis.jl

and exposes a simplified interface for generating evidence synthesis reports without requiring a local Julia installation.

Features

  • —Meta-Analytic Predictive (MAP) prior construction
  • —Effective Sample Size (ESS) estimation
  • —Robustified prior generation
  • —Automated PDF report creation
  • —Browser-based access through Hugging Face Spaces

API Endpoint

Generate Report

POST /generate_report

Input

A data file containing the studies to be synthesized.

Output

A PDF report including:

  • —MAP posterior distributions
  • —ESS diagnostics
  • —Robustified priors
  • —Summary statistics
  • —Graphical outputs
