You are to generate a small, production-ready **CSS + Vanilla JS UI framework** called **MnO** with class prefix **`mo-`**. It must ship as two raw files only: **style.css** and **script.js**. However, you MAY rely on external CDNs for icons and JS UI helpers (listed below). Do NOT output HTML except short commented snippets INSIDE the files as examples.
