Stack

• —SDK: Gradio (CPU Space is enough)
• —Model: Qwen/Qwen2.5-VL-3B-Instruct via Inference Providers (override with Space variable MODEL_ID)
• —Auth: Space secret HF_TOKEN — create at https://huggingface.co/settings/tokens with Inference permission

Setup on the Hub

1. 1.Create Space adampratt10/infra-screenshot-explainer (Gradio, CPU basic)
2. 2.Add secret: HF_TOKEN = your HF token
3. 3.Push these three files (app.py, requirements.txt, this README.md)
4. 4.Wait for the build, open the Space, upload a screenshot

Local test

• —Images are resized (max side 2048) and sent as JPEG data URLs.
